Hauler Hacks: Your Roadmap to Owner-Operator

A practical digital home for building a business in construction trucking

We created a clear, action-focused website for Hauler Hacks — helping drivers understand the path from CDL to first truck, first haul, and long-term ownership.

Starting a hauling business can feel like a maze of licenses, insurance, equipment, and unanswered questions. Hauler Hacks turns that maze into a roadmap for drivers who want to become owner-operators in construction trucking.

The challenge

Hauler Hacks needed more than a course landing page. It needed to make a big career decision feel possible and organized. Visitors needed to quickly understand:

  • Whether the program fits their experience and goals
  • What they need to do before buying a truck and taking a first haul
  • How the course continues to support them after the first lesson

What we built

We designed a direct, confidence-building experience around the three-part transformation: form your company, buy your truck, and make money driving. The site breaks the full journey into practical milestones, from getting a CDL and creating a business entity to finding work, managing finances, and understanding permits and insurance.

The 13-module course gives the roadmap structure, while the PDF guide, live Q&A, owner-operator community, and ongoing support make the experience feel grounded in real-world guidance rather than generic motivation.

The launch

The result is a digital front door that speaks to three audiences clearly: current CDL drivers ready to own, people preparing to enter the industry, and freight drivers looking to move into hauling.

Instead of hiding the complexity, Hauler Hacks organizes it into simple next steps and backs the message with more than 28 years of combined hauling experience.
